WTB Vid Card 4870/4890

Looking for a 4870/4890 preferrably one with a replacable fan or a fan that doesn't wake up the neighbors, hard to find card now, good card for dx9 and has dx10 capability... Thought I'd pop a bird in your ears here.
Don't have a credit card or id get one though tigerdirect, but i figure if i could afford a credit card, id be buying a 5850 or new geforce, so if anyones gonna upgrade in the next little while and has one just tell me what you want for it, be reasonable.
