Would having Internet be easier if say I had a spare modem kicking around? I bought it when I had Shaw in my old place, but it's been off for the past few years. We wouldn't have to worry about modem rental at that point.
I've never played Steam based games without the Internet, so how would we go around firing up L4D/L4D2 without it?
