I'm looking for an older laptop with no OS. I just need to be able to install XP on it. So anything with 512MB+ RAM should suffice. Also needs at least 2 USB ports. Only using this to calibrate TV's/Monitors with my USB Spectral Sensor. Anyone have one or know of anyone looking to get rid of theirs? I'll give you free TV calibration (Greyscale/Primary and Secondary Color/Black Level/Whitelevel) for life .

Awww, not possible. I'm using the card in a second box. Maybe I can find a shittier card then swap this one out. Hmmmmm, they don't really get much cheaper than this one though. How bought I buy the laptop from you for the same price the card would be worth? What are the specs on the lappy?

Thanks Dolphin. If I were to spend that kind of money though, I would rather buy a Asus Netbook with double the RAM, 5X the HDD space, a LED screen and Windows 7 included to boot. All for $100 more.

JR graciously gave me his old one in exchange for wings and beer. however, it only works as a desktop and not a laptop so much (the battery does not hold a charge so it's not as portable as I'd like it to be). I dont know how much to ask for it...I bought it three years ago, I have a vista disk if you want that too. We tried to put W7 64bit on it...it doesnt like that so much. Ummm...I paid $1400ish for it, but it's 3 years old, I dont know what it's worth and I dont wanna over charge but at the same time i dont want to under charge cause I could use the monies.

Time is money ... you will learn that once you have been working in the industry awhile!!
